• Analytics (with consent): usage data via Google Analytics 4, such as pages visited, device type, and approximate location
• Technical logs: standard server and security logs from Firebase Hosting and Cloud Functions

How we use data

• Respond to enquiries and schedule consultations
• Improve our website and measure marketing effectiveness (analytics, with consent)
• Protect the site against abuse (App Check, reCAPTCHA, security monitoring)

Retention

Contact form leads are retained for 12 months from the date of last meaningful contact, then deleted or anonymized unless a longer period is required by law or you request earlier deletion.
